Just so recently in our neighboring state of Wyoming, A college student was robbed, tortured and a few days later he died in the hospital. If I had been writting that story that is all you would have ever heard about it and I would have been calling for the heads of the men guilty of this hernias crime, but nowadays with our liberal media, We had to throw in one other moot fact, the fact that this man that was assaulted happened to be a homosexual. Why do I care or want to know that this man was a homosexual??? It has nothing to do with anything people. He was a human being whos rights not to be robbed, beaten and left to die had been violated. On that alone as I already said, these men deserve to hang from the highest tree. Do you know why the fact that he is a homosexual is important??? Well my friends I am now going to tell you why. I was listening to Texe Marrs radio broadcast just last night when he was talking about all the things he is being attacked about by the IRS, among them were the fact that as a tax emempt organization he had to let people of other belief systems such as homosexuals, lesbians, Buddhist, etc. have a right to come on his show and write in his newsletter the swill that they live by. Texe stated that it would never happen. I am stating right now that it will never appear on my newsletter, web page, or any other publication of Sonshine Ministries either other than to point out their fallacies. But you see that is why it is so important to the liberal press and our liberal reprobate, traitorous, devil of a president to point out that this man was a homosexual (Notice I didn't call him gay, Gay is a term meaning light and happy , It sure doesn't apply to these kind of people) This crime has allowed them to make it look like a reason we need "Hate Crime" legislation. Another example of things they are using to bring this into being is the so recent harassment of a Nampa family, the ones who were harassing them were sentenced to 6 years and 4 years in Prison respectfully. The judge stated that he wanted to send a message to anyone in the future about the commitment of "Hate Crimes" what made this a hate crime in the judges mind was the fact that this family was Hispanic. I am here to tell you that if Jan and I were that family being harassed, at very best my harrasers would have received a few days in jail and MAYBE a fine. So why did these guys get such a stern prison sentence? A friend once told me that if you find out who benefits, you find out the reason. Let's take a look at who is running our government, and let's forget the democrat/republican differences because there is little or no difference between either party. Our government is out these days to take away every right you and I are given by the Constitution especially the freedom of speech and especially freedom of speech by those of us who want to teach what Jesus wrote in the Bible about what is right, and what is wrong, How you can go to Heaven and why if we don't accept him as our Lord and Saviour we will wind up in Hell. You may not know this but when you filled out your W-2 at work and got a Social Security Card and even a Drivers License you volunteered away all of these rights without even knowing it. Well now they want to take away yet another right and that is the right to say that Jesus said this is right and Jesus said this is wrong and therefore that is what this ministry ordained by God is going to preach. That's right folks, what you are seeing here is an enemy who knows his time is short and therefore is doing everything in his power to shut up the last of the good preachers of this world. The bible calls him among other things, The Devil, Satan, Lucifer the fallen angel and Beelzebub, and it says he cometh not but to steel, kill, and destroy (Check John 10:10 KJV) and right now since his time is short he wants to bring down as many as he can. He is doing this by limiting the Christians right to free speech, My Bible tells me that he will succeed for a season, and that it will get tougher for us to witness until Jesus comes again and takes his rightful place on his throne, Even so Lord Jesus COME QUICKLY! In the mean time it is our responsibility as Christians to expose the unfruitful works of darkness and that is what this "Hate Crime" legislation is, It is the unfruitful work of saying that if Captain C.O.O.C comes out in his newsletter and says that Homosexuality is an abomination to God or if Captain C.O.O.C comes out and calls Adultery a sin against God then under this legislation, Captain C.O.O.C is guilty of a "Hate Crime" for he has slandered these poor Homosexuals and delved into the personal life of a man who's private life is none of his business in spite of the fact that everything these people do reflect in some way or another in the way that our children, our country, and our church is going to turn out. I conclude by telling you my reader that a crime against another human being whether he is homosexual, black, hispanic or yes even WHITE is a hate crime because in the hour you commit this crime you have violated this person. If you murder this person you should receive the death penalty, If you destroy his property you should pay out of your pocket for the damages, if you steel from him, you should be responsible for restitution, whatever the victim feels restitution is. If you do the crime you do the time PERIOD. Any crime is a HATE CRIME, You sure didn't do it out of love for this person. Therefore Hate Crime legislation is totally unnecessary, The laws are already on the books for punishing criminals. USE THEM!!!!!!!!! It's time for Christians to wake up and expose such nonsence for what it is, It's time for our representatives in Washington to stand up and call this nonsense what it is without regard to what these bleeding heart liberals are saying. (Liberals is just a nice term for Communist in case you didn't know it....Opps I may get arrested for a hate crime for having said that.) I say to you Senators and Congressmen to base your decisions on our countries laws on what Gods Word, The King James Bible says, Oh yea and one last thing, let's get some real Hate Crime Legislation on the books and make the killing of unborn babies a crime punishable by hanging instead of a multimillion dollar business. Now that's some Hate Crime Legislation I could really endorse.
